Me.

I am Ash Roots. Passionate about working with inspiring people in digital who create amazing things.

Since graduating in one of first UK degrees dedicated to the emerging Internet in 1998 I have have traversed industries and roles from web Designer to Digital Director.

From delivering industry firsts; SMS and video goals to mobile, live video streaming to championing mobile internet products to robust multi channel and ecommerce experiences, I have been fortunate to always be surrounded by great people.

Now my role is less about focusing on delivering a great experience but more about building teams with great digital talent to help organisations make use of the ways of working of the Internet to become more effective or as named commonly digital transformation.

Not accustomed to writing, I wanted together my thoughts and references down. To share but also help me reflect as I go through my own exploration of digital transformation.
